Content Management – A Case Study

Content Management Case Study

This content management case study demonstrates how even large organizations can also benefit from a small outfit like ours.

Advance Presence has had the pleasure to work with Amcor, a world leader in packaging industry with offices and manufacturing sites all over the world.

We have been working for Amcor for nearly 3 years now, and have been with them through their migration from Clickability to Kentico.

So, what is the secret of this continued relationship? What does a large company gain out of a small outfit like Advance Presence?

We are the Content Coordinators for Amcor. All the changes / updates that need to be made to the content on the Amcor website, are sent to a central email id from the world over. These are picked up, prioritised and actioned by Advance Presence.

Content Coordination at Amcor involves:

  1. We provide a central point of contact for all content updates to be sent
  2. A person trained on Amcor’s WCMS makes the content, thus ensuring site guidelines are followed
  3. All offices and sites world over know exactly who to get in touch with when it comes to content updates
  4. Our content coordinators triage and forward all contact form submissions which cannot be channelled automatically
