We are the Content Coordinators for Amcor. All the changes / updates that need to be made to the content on the Amcor website, are sent to a central email id from the world over. These are picked up, prioritised and actioned by Advance Presence.
Content Coordination at Amcor involves:
- We provide a central point of contact for all content updates to be sent
- A person trained on Amcor’s WCMS makes the content, thus ensuring site guidelines are followed
- All offices and sites world over know exactly who to get in touch with when it comes to content updates
- Our content coordinators triage and forward all contact form submissions which cannot be channelled automatically
